Connectivity Hub users utilize Remote session feature extensively to connect to a cutomer asset on daily basis. As these sessions can last for hours and run in background. They are currently overloaded with the task of remembering these sessions individually by keeping multiple web pages open at once. This gave an design opportunity to evaluate and reduce memory, attention, decisions based tasks to user, and shift the complexity to the system rather then user.
